How do you make a brand-new apartment feel like it has already lived several lives? The answer lies in the details that preserve character and atmosphere. We created this project for a creative soul — a magazine editor with a refined taste in fashion, design, and vintage. She doesn’t see the old as junk. For her, it’s history, energy, and time captured in materials. Challenges, absurdity, provocation?

Yes, please! A penis-shaped pouf? Yes!
We wanted this project to evoke emotions — to be bold, controversial, daring, and at the same time — beautiful. And we made it happen.
This project is about courage, experiments, and atmosphere. The brief literally said: “When we see the concept, we should say: Damn, this is insane!”
Now we’re the proud ambassadors of homeless sophisticated lofts.

Chessboard? It's here too! We hand-painted the table in a chess pattern and framed the mirror with mosaic to add rhythm and graphic flair. We adore checkerboard layouts — and love it when clients feel the same.
Behind the curtain — a laundry and wardrobe zone: a basket for clothes, a hidden dryer, and space for coats and shoes. Simple, functional, and tasteful.

You walk in — and immediately realize: this is not like anything else. Not "what was that?", but "wow, you can actually do that?" Raw ceramic blocks, exposed wiring, glass bricks that seem to have traveled through decades, and a concrete ceiling with no attempt to pretty it up. Life has already passed through here — yet the space still feels new.

Behind the rawness hides a thoughtful atmosphere. Wall lamps — as if from an old hallway, wardrobe and laundry — tucked behind a theatrical curtain, electric panel — hidden under a tassel. Art on acrylic glass — with changeable inscriptions. Light spills through glass blocks from the office, adding depth and airiness. A leopard on the floor. Another on the table. Leopards are back in fashion! Vivid & bold. Our favorites: Vitra hooks and Byon vase.

On the floor — a chess-patterned rug, because if you love graphics, you love them all the way.
A mosaic table from a Ukrainian brand adds even more character. The kitchen plinth? It's mirrored, like a disco ball. We couldn't stop halfway with our "silly" ideas — that's exactly why people come to us. The dining area has the vibe of a fancy grandma who really knows her chandeliers: crystal pendants, vintage chairs, and a floor lamp from AliExpress.

And the main intrigue — a donut-shaped wall lamp from IKEA, which you can’t find anywhere anymore, but we managed to get it. The sofa isn’t just a place to sit — it’s so good you’d want to die in it. A velvety beauty and our favorite combination of round bolster pillows.

This project is about everything we love: a little vintage, a little absurdity, a little graphics, and a lot of mood. Art? A classic of the genre: a weird painting of a guy on a horse — somehow fitting perfectly into the kitchen. No TV needed: there’s a projector for watching Friends and The Office. And yes, there are also plaster boobs in the kitchen — because if you’re going for provocation, it should come in pairs. All of this isn’t just about design — it’s about a home where you can truly laugh.

This bathroom is all about the vibe where you want to live, joke, and take dramatic selfies with smudged mascara. We carved out a piece of the ceiling to let in more air and light — like a skylight in Paris. The vanity on a blue leg is our personal trolling of interior design standards. A hut on chicken legs? No — this is the heroine of a French movie, sipping wine and not stressing about anything — a self-sufficient goddess who doesn’t need Dubai.

Plumbing here brings a real Italian vibe. It's easy to imagine yourself as a signora getting ready for a secret rendezvous, not just brushing your teeth before work. The sink? A big retro-style one with raised edges — perfect for all your jars, glasses, and random stories. We've tested it — it can easily hold all the chaos of a regular Friday.

And of course, the rug. The very same Ukrainian one that feels like it’s always been here, adding warmth even on those evenings when you just want to lie on the floor and think about eternity. Or simply about the fact that tomorrow is Monday again. Here, you can wash away not just your makeup, but also all the bad decisions made after the third glass of wine.

And then there's this chandelier! We specifically chose the most ridiculous, the most kitschy golden chandelier made of colorful agate, which evokes the luxurious and opulent vibe of the 1950s. It looks like it was taken straight from an Italian hotel where vermouth is served in the restaurant and debates about art fill the air. The storage system is our own invention. The concrete pylons are waiting for their final touch — either some Ukrainian art or old abacuses (still deciding).

And of course, the Ukrainian carpet. It's a symbol of stability here: you can nervously rub your feet against it, search for the right word, decode horoscopes, or simply listen as your intuition whispers, "Something truly worthwhile will be born here."

The creative studio is a place where stories are born, thoughts take shape, and Angelica Pearl’s horoscopes are decoded. Here, you can work productively or thoughtfully drift away, staring at unfinished notes and getting distracted by retrograde Mercury. The vintage desk feels like a character from an old French movie. It's the perfect spot to write articles, compile must-have lists, and have philosophical conversations with yourself.

In the evenings, the atmosphere here feels like a night in New York — moody and alive — and as cozy as a luxury boutique hotel you never want to leave. This bedroom isn’t just a place to sleep; it’s a personal penthouse without the unnecessary pomp, where every detail sets the mood. We placed the bed by the windows — because the city should be part of the interior. Here, you can wake up to the sunrise, fall asleep under the city lights, and not care about curtains — let them watch.

Behind the headboard, there's a table for all the morning and evening rituals: coffee, a laptop, perfume, a little pre-meeting chaos. The wardrobe could easily fit Carrie Bradshaw’s entire closet — minus the shoes no one can actually wear in real life. No unnecessary details here — just pure aesthetics and hidden handles, because we love beauty without the fuss.

On the wall, a linen canvas — just because we can. A decorative gesture that adds texture and warmth. Concrete pylons, rugs, a full-length mirror. The perfect place to kick off your heels, unwind, and feel like you're on vacation without ever leaving home.
