The apartment design was created for a couple and their cat Stitch. We fulfilled all the design dreams: red, burgundy, blue, light blue, pink, and green in one bottle, Czech-style cabinet wood, mosaic tiles, and pink accents. Modern functionality intertwines with distinctive retro charm.

The clients wanted a unique home in the mid-century style. We needed to accommodate three workspaces and design one room as an office/nursery "for the future." The master bedroom combined a bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a loggia, offering spaces for both relaxation and work.

FAINA TOWN

A place for culinary magic: thoughtful lighting and an "alchemist" cabinet that magically conceals appliances and spices for cooking. The mosaic floor exudes the vibe of Soviet modernism, transporting you to cozy Kyiv with its chestnut trees and flowers, adding charm and nostalgia to the interior.

The heart of the home is the kitchen, alive with energy. A convenient table for dinners and board games with friends. A spacious countertop and ergonomically placed appliances make cooking a true pleasure.

A deep sofa ready for PlayStation battles, and the TV is always set for movie nights. The paintings here are like guests at a party, each with its own mood and story, engaging in a dialogue with the space. And the glass blocks? Pure nostalgia, letting in soft, cozy light.

We even borrowed a chair from the dining area to create a third workspace, conveniently placed near an outlet for the Christmas tree (holiday vibes are always with us). Welcome to our gateway! The star of the corridor is the wavy-edged seat, as if it’s saying, “Take a seat, my friend.” Everything you need is here: a wardrobe, a selfie mirror, and a little shelf for keys (because even they deserve their throne).

The bedroom has become a true oasis of coziness, where soft pastel walls harmoniously blend with wave-like molding and deep textile shades. The balcony features a relaxation zone with a textured soft chair and a work corner, complete with an elegant table and functional shelves.

Sophisticated wall sconces near the bed provide gentle lighting for evening reading rituals, while the projector opens the door to a world of home cinema, turning the bedroom into a cozy mini-theater.

A secret transformable room. Currently, it functions as an office with a desk for a monitor, a laptop, and a convenient lamp for work at any time of day. Wall shelves serve as storage for books, decor, and useful little items. A spacious wardrobe is designed for clothing storage, tucked away from the bustle of other rooms.

In the future, this space can easily become a cozy nursery, a play area, or a creative corner. We envisioned a neutral style with a mix of open and closed storage, ensuring the room can seamlessly adapt to the changing needs of its owners.

Bathrooms are where the day begins and ends. Everything here breathes harmony: water washing away fatigue, light enveloping you in warmth, and every detail reflecting self-love.

A bathtub that embraces you. Soft pink tiles evoke a sunset, filling the space with a sense of homey warmth. Even the cat's throne has its honorary place. The second bathroom is compact yet practical — everything you need for a quick start to the day is here. Deep green tiles resemble leaves after rain, while beige adds a touch of lightness.
